RECAP Senior Associate

Holland & Knight's Real Estate Capital Markets (RECAP) practice is seeking a mid to senior-level associate with 5-7 years of experience to join its dynamic team in our Austin office. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in various real estate transactions, including leasing & property management, acquisitions and dispositions and conducting property diligence on behalf of lenders. Experience with clients that manage malls/shopping (class a & b) and office buildings (class a & b) is a plus.

Excellent academic credentials are required and large regional, national, or international law firm experience is preferred. Candidates must be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational & communications skills, and have the ability to manage multiple matters at once.

This position may be filled in Austin, Texas. In accordance with Pay Transparency Laws, the pay range for this position in these locations is $365,000 - $420,000/yr. This range may not be applicable to other locations. In individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
