Overview

Site Manager - Site 116 at Spotless Brands. Cobblestone Car Wash is a Spotless Brands Company operating 45 sites in the Denver, Colorado area with plans for expansion. The Site Manager provides team leadership and supports the Assistant Site Manager and Associates while overseeing daily operations including staff management, customer service, equipment and facilities maintenance, and inventory control.

• Operations Management:
  Responsible for all financial accounting, including daily reconciliation of cash and maintaining statistical and financial records.
• Ensure team members understand job responsibilities and demonstrate proficiency in all tasks.
• Participate in the local community through community organizations.
• Back up and fill open shifts as needed, sometimes with little notice.
• Maintain site accountability and controls (deposits, inventory, cashier machine functionality, discount codes, etc.).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Payroll/HR, Marketing and other departments to ensure operational success.
• Ensure daily opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Learn and apply business performance data to daily operations to increase productivity and sales.
• Respond to administrative duties and deadlines (employee scheduling, accounting/banking, purchasing/inventory).
• Oversee the location’s budget, assist with business development in the area, and manage security with timely reporting of issues.
• Track crew member hours to avoid overtime and perform other duties as assigned.

• People Management:
  In partnership with HR and DM, recruit and hire; ensure onboarding and training on policy, procedures, and operations.
• Handle employee conflicts with fair, policy-aligned approaches; support disciplinary actions and terminations as needed.
• Perform timely, fact-based performance evaluations with regular feedback.
• Create team and individual sales and operational competitions to support performance goals.

• Customer Service:
  Build brand loyalty by establishing trust and meeting customer expectations with integrity; provide excellent service; present a warm, professional image; handle escalated complaints professionally, escalating only the most complex issues.

• Facility Maintenance:
  Maintain facility cleanliness and equipment, manage vendor relationships, ensure safety training and ongoing compliance, enforce PPE usage, and oversee uniform policy/process.

• Auto Cleaning and Detailing:
  Perform duties of a Car Wash Associate as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-5 years in a management role in a car wash or other customer-focused retail establishment.
• Demonstrated leadership through personal behavior; knowledge of company policies and procedures; effective communication.
• Ability to interpret and apply P&L concepts and handle various financial calculations; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel); prior POS experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus in many locations; willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Ability to stand for long periods; walk on uneven or wet surfaces; work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Frequent stooping, crouching, bending; frequent use of hands and fingers; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Occasional ladder use; travel by vehicle as needed; noise level is moderate to loud.
