Maintenance Supervisor

Woodspear Properties, a national property management company, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Aurora, Colorado!

We’re looking for a hands‑on, experienced, and self‑motivated leader to oversee maintenance operations for a 192‑unit community. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining high standards, demonstrate professionalism, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential, as this role requires managing multiple projects while ensuring top‑quality results.

• Oversee daily maintenance operations, including grounds, make‑readies, and preventive maintenance programs
• Schedule and coordinate vendors and contractors
• Lead, train, and supervise maintenance team members
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment across the community

• Personal set of general tools
• Reliable transportation
• Minimum 3 years of stable, relevant maintenance experience
• CPO and HVAC certifications required
• Must pass a drug and background check

• $32.00 – $38.00 per hour, based on experience
