Build Your Career While Building Our Business

Here's the deal: we're building something special. We want to stand out by taking exceptional care of our customers while running a tight, professional operation in the field. That only happens with strong leadership and great communication.

We're looking for someone ready to take the next step in their career—someone who can lead crews, manage client relationships, and help grow the business through trust, service, and follow-through.

If you're currently a strong Team Lead, or someone who naturally takes ownership of operations and customer relationships, we want to talk.

Who We Are

At The Grounds Guys, we're more than just "the lawn guy." We're a team of outdoor service professionals who believe first impressions matter, details matter, and relationships matter. From the way our crews show up to the way we communicate with customers, we stand behind the Neighborly Done Right Promise every day.

This is your opportunity to get in early

This operation is in an early growth stage with plans to expand quickly. A strong performer in this role will have a clear path toward upper management as the business grows.

What We Do Year-Round
