About the Role The Plant Foreman oversees daily aggregate operations, ensuring production goals, safety standards, and operational efficiency are achieved. This role requires strong leadership, hands‑on supervision, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and personnel in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

• Supervise and ensure safety compliance for all personnel and visitors at the site.
• Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and applicable local, state, and federal laws.
• Execute daily production plans efficiently and coordinate tasks based on operational priorities.
• Assign and manage daily responsibilities for plant and field personnel.
• Oversee plant activities, equipment maintenance, and overall operational performance.
• Support teams to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure proper documentation of operational activities, including incident and maintenance logs.
• Verify that equipment operators are trained and qualified for safe and effective performance.
• Act as the primary resource for troubleshooting plant malfunctions and system issues (including SAP).
• Communicate operational progress and challenges to the Quarry Supervisor and Production Supervisor.
• Be available for flexible schedules to meet business requirements.
