About the Job
Primary Responsibilities
- Program, configure, and deploy BAS solutions using Niagara (N4), Trane, and Honeywell systems.
- Perform logic programming, graphics/UI development, and database configuration.
- Integrate HVAC equipment, Lutron lighting systems, AV platforms, and energy monitoring devices utilizing industry standard protocols and APIs.
- Working knowledge of BACnet, Serial, LoRa Wan, Modbus TCP/IP, LON.
- Troubleshoot and optimize multi-vendor BAS environments.
- Perform Quality Assurance checks on controllers and commissioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution, system deployment, and equipment troubleshooting
- Research and develop new ways of controlling and integrating with BAS ready and non-ready equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of BAS engineering or integration experience.
- Proficiency in Niagara N4.
- Experience with Trane and Honeywell controls systems.
- Working knowledge of HVAC and ancillary systems and control strategies. (eg. Trane, Carrier, JCI, York, Captive Air)
- Communication skills in working with customers and end users.
- Working Knowledge of IT and Networking Infrastructures.
- Ability to travel on occasion for site visit surveys, commissioning, and consultations.
- Ideal candidate would be able to work full-time in our southern Colorado office.
