The Role
As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
, you are responsible for:
- The Maintenance of Automated Machinery
- Inspecting, Repairing, and Performing Maintenance on All Manufacturing Machinery (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor belt systems)
- Reading Schematics, Blueprints, and a Voltage Meter (understanding 24V, AC/DC, 110V, Transformers, Conductors, Relays, Single and Three-Phase Motors, and 480V)
- Light Welding and Fabrication of Machine Parts (Stick or MIG)
- Troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (Allen Bradley or Siemens)
- Assisting with Building, Grounds, and Preventative Maintenance throughout the Facility
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least two years as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
- At least two years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting
- Experience working in a dusty, climate-controlled, industrial environment
- Working experience using a CMMS software system
- Offer may be contingent upon passing a drug test and physical exam
