Join the growing field of cannabis! We are searching for a Part Time Trimmer to join our Trim Crew.

This is a part‑time position, scheduled for 2‑3 shifts a week from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. The position may require working on holidays.

The ideal candidate will be looking for a job with clear guidelines and expectations, and who can follow all the rules set by the Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) in Colorado. The job involves repetitive trimming of buds and helping harvest plants. Candidates should bring a positive, upbeat attitude that enhances the team vibe in the Trim Room.

Benefits:

Pay: $15 per hour to start.

• Trim and manicure cannabis buds to meet quality and aesthetic standards.
• Inspect trimmed products for quality assurance and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Operate trimming equipment safely and effectively, if applicable.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety and hygiene protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.

• Capable of sitting and working with hands.
• Previous experience in cannabis trimming or related roles preferred.
• Knowledge of different cannabis strains and their characteristics is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
• Good communication.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have an MED badge.
