Manufacturing Engineering Technician

Kelly Engineering has partnered with a rapidly growing medical device company in Monument, CO, to recruit a Manufacturing Engineering Technician for a long-term (1-2 year +)contract opportunity. This position offers full benefits through Kelly, hands-on experience in the medical device industry, and the opportunity to join a collaborative, supportive team.

• Machine setup, process proof-out, development builds, tooling improvements, and overall process readiness for future validation and production activities
• Experience supporting process development and new product introduction activities
• Troubleshooting tooling, work holding, and machining issues
• Work closely with Manufacturing Engineers and Master Programmer to optimize processes and improve machine performance
• Shop-floor presence with the ability to independently execute development work and support engineering projects

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (internship/co-ops acceptable)
• Experience troubleshooting machine mechanical systems
• Experience with CNC equipment and related programming software is preferred
