Director, Americas Integrated Marketing
Join Crocs, Inc. to lead brand and product marketing campaigns for the U.S. and Brazil. As the Director of Integrated Marketing, you will partner with global, category, and local product teams to drive brand momentum, acquire new customers, and position Crocs as a market leader.
OverviewReporting to the Senior Director of Americas Marketing, you will balance iconic brand storytelling with new product launches, connect to current events and trends, and create innovative brand and campaign marketing for the Americas region.
What You’ll Do- Implement the annual regional marketing strategy and execute brand and product marketing campaigns.
- Expand the brand’s presence to current events, social/digital trends, and authentic brand partners.
- Develop regional go‑to‑market plans and activations and share alignment with Global Marketing.
- Execute campaigns to increase brand momentum, acquire new customers, and drive product sell‑through.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal/external creative teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns.
- Guide cross‑functional alignment to successfully implement brand and product integrated marketing plans.
- Lead regional brand marketing managers to align strategy and execution across all regional and global campaigns.
- Partner with merchandising and sales channels (eCommerce, Retail, Wholesale/Distributor) to influence campaign goals.
- Lead a high‑performing team of direct reports, fostering a productive and positive working environment.
- Ensure alignment with legal on all campaign and marketing activation plans to stay compliant and within contractual terms.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
- 10+ years marketing experience with 3+ years of management experience, preferably with a global brand operating across multiple channels.
- Footwear and/or retail industry experience a plus, with a strong understanding of fashion and streetwear.
- Strong communication abilities, written and verbal.
- Excellent project management oversight skills, able to drive projects in ambiguous and changing environments against tight timelines.
- Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional and cross‑regional partners through influence and execution.
- Advanced analytical skills, translating complex data, trends, and insights into actionable strategy.
- Passion for building strong brands with a focus on consumer engagement.
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize workloads under pressure.

CompensationSalary range: $135,000 – $145,000 per year, variable based on location, experience, and qualifications.
