Registered Nurse (RN)

River Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Del Norte, CO seeks registered nurses to deliver outstanding care to our residents. The role is full‑time or part‑time with competitive pay and benefits.

Base pay range: $30.00/hr – $40.32/hr total compensation includes daily pay options, bonuses, and benefits.

• Deliver compassionate, high‑quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility standards
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other clinical staff to coordinate resident care
• Monitor and assess resident health status, documenting changes and responding promptly
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and restorative care
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of care provided
• Lead and mentor LPNs and CNAs, fostering a positive and cohesive care team
• Uphold safety protocols and maintain high standards of care

• Current RN license in Colorado or a compact state
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Passion for person‑centered care
• Team‑oriented, dependable, and committed to clinical excellence
