The Nursing Assistant (NA) provides resident-centered nursing care and assistance with daily living activities under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). This includes bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, recording vital signs, providing psychosocial support, assisting with transfers and mobility, and supporting residents' nutritional needs. The NA also aids with procedures, documents interactions, communicates changes in resident condition, and supports recreational activities.

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum age of 16
• Prior clinical or long-term care experience preferred
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required or in process within four months
• Additional certifications such as QMAP may be required depending on the state
• Completion of annual competency testing and continuing education credits
