• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within your scope of practice
• Assist in managing resident care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and report changes to the supervising RN or the Director of Nursing
• Promote restorative care, resident independence, and dignity
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Support and mentor CNAs to foster a positive, patient-centered environment
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being while adhering to facility standards

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Colorado or a compact state
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for resident-centered care
• A team player who is dependable, compassionate, and committed to excellence
• Interested in long-term growth within a supportive, forward-thinking facility
