Home Health Nurse (RN) – Part Time

Pay: $33.00 – $45.04 per hour (DOE)

Responsibilities

Administer skilled nursing care to patients with intermittent professional nursing services in accordance with department policies and procedures. Complete initial evaluations, periodically re‑evaluate patients, develop and implement plans of care, and provide ongoing support. Coordinate services with physicians and other personnel; counsel patients and families. Participate in in‑service programs and supervise and teach other nursing personnel.

Education

Minimum requirement:
Nursing Degree and current RN license in Colorado.

Experience

At least one (1) year of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or comparable setting. Wound care experience is a plus.

Licenses & Certification

Licensed RN in Colorado, valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, reliable transportation, and current CPR certification.

Compensation

$33.00 – $45.04 per hour (DOE). Nurses may increase compensation through participation in the Clinical Ladder Program, which rewards professional development and leadership.

    Walking, sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, stairs, lifting (0‑50 lbs), carrying (0‑50 lbs), pushing/pulling (0‑50 lbs)
  • Frequent (34‑66%):
    Standing, change position, reaching, reaching across midline, handling, pinching
  • Continuous (37‑100%):
    See with corrective eyewear, hear clearly with assistance
Schedule

8‑hour shifts, days, part‑time.

Benefits Eligibility
