Specifics and Benefits
In PACU, your responsibilities center on patient assessment, monitoring vital signs, airway and hemodynamic management, pain control optimization, and timely discharge planning. You’ll coordinate with anesthesia teams, surgeons, nurses, case managers, and recovery staff to maintain patient safety, minimize delays, and facilitate smooth transitions to short‑stay units or home.
