LPN - LTC

The primary purpose of your job is to assist and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty. Such activity must be in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the Director of Nursing, to ensure that the highest degree of total quality care is maintained at all times.

Supervise and assist in the daily nursing activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality care standards.

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other comparable institution.
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• LPN in the state of Colorado.
• IV certification preferred for LPNs.
• Current BLS certification.
