This is a full-time, on-site Wound Care Nurse Practitioner position located in Monument, CO. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and providing treatment for patients with complex wounds. This includes performing thorough wound care assessments, determining and implementing appropriate interventions, educating patients and caregivers, managing follow-ups, and working alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintaining accurate medical records and staying up to date with best practices in wound care will also be essential aspects of the role.

• Strong clinical skills in wound care management, debridement, and use of advanced therapies such as compression and bio-engineered skin substitutes.
• Ability to develop personalized treatment plans and provide patient education on wound care and recovery processes.
• Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Nurse Practitioner certification with licensure to practice in Colorado is required.
• Wound care certification (e.g., WCC, CWS, CWCN) is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in wound care, geriatric, or outpatient care settings is a plus.
• Commitment to providing empathetic, patient-centered care.
