CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Provide routine nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility, ensuring their needs are met according to established procedures and supervisor directions.

Responsibilities:

• Administer daily nursing care and support to residents in accordance with facility protocols.
• Monitor residents’ health status, document observations, and report significant changes to the nursing team.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and infection control protocols while caring for residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification/license required.
• Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Physical ability to assist with resident mobility and perform various clinical tasks.
