Psy Phy Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide on-site medical and wellness services within a federally supported residential youth program in Collbran, Colorado. This contract position offers part-time availability with up to 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, on-site only.
The RN will support health and wellness activities, triage medical needs, administer medications, and coordinate with healthcare providers in a structured residential setting.
