Immediate need for a talented LPN / LVN – Nursing Home. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Julesburg, CO(Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.
Job-30234 Pay Range: $45/hr - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to residents in a nursing home setting.
- Monitor residents and identify changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments according to facility protocols.
- Document patient/resident care accurately and timely.
- Communicate resident needs and changes with the appropriate healthcare team.
- Assist with care planning and coordination of services.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents.
- Follow facility policies, infection-control procedures, and safety standards
Experience:
- BLS certification required.
- Prior travel experience required.
- Nursing home/LTC experience preferred.
- Must be available for 6:00 PM–6:00 AM shifts.
- Must be able to work a rotating 36–48 hour schedule.
- Every other weekend (EOW) required.
- Must be available for an ASAP start.
