Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) in a high-rated long-term care facility located just west of Denver, serving a mountain community.

Deliver quality nursing care by assessing patient needs, developing and revising care plans, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs. Ensure patients attain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with laws and standards. Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team, exhibit excellent customer service, and maintain a positive attitude towards residents.

• Valid RN license in applicable state, maintained in good standing
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Preferred: one year of skilled nursing experience
• CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation), kept current
• Strong communication, reasoning, and judgment skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care and work collaboratively
