American Traveler is hiring an LPN for extended care night shifts, requiring an active CO license and 3+ years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
Requirements- Current active CO LPN license required (license required if applicable)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant nursing experience
- BLS certification required
- ACLS, PALS, ENPC, and TNCC certifications may be required
- Works in Special Care Unit (SCU) and Skilled Nursing/Extended Care settings
- Patient population includes long-term care and med-surg adult patients
- Scheduled for 3 night shifts per week at 12 hours each, totaling 36 hours/week
- Variable night shift days with potential overtime
- On-call required approximately 2 shifts per 6 weeks
- Possible coverage at a nearby Med-Surg unit in Granby
- Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating patient care for SCU and Skilled Nursing/Extended Care populations
- Shared furnished employee housing may be available based on capacity for a reduced inclusive rate
