RN - LTC

ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Skilled Nursing (Night Shift) in Kremmling, Colorado.

Kremmling, CO

This is a 13-week contract position.

This position requires 3 night shifts of 12 hours each per week, with 2 call shifts required every 6 weeks. Overtime may be needed.

The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating patient care for the small Skilled Care Unit (SCU). The RN will manage the care of patients in a skilled nursing environment, providing both routine and specialized nursing care while ensuring effective communication with healthcare team members.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and provide treatment according to established protocols.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Document patient care and treatments in compliance with facility policies.

• Valid RN license to practice in Colorado.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
