Griffis/Blessing Inc. is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee our community. We are looking for an experienced Property Manager who can lead a service-oriented team.

The perfect candidate would:

• Have at least 1-2 years’ experience in Property Management and a strong aptitude in overseeing and directing operations of the community to meet the reporting, operations, budget and contractual obligations of the management agreement
• Come prepared to join a busy property in Idaho Springs, CO
• Bring their A+ game. We need a team player with the ability to lead and multi-task
• Have superior judgment, precise and gracious communication skills, both written and verbal
• Have the ability to switch gears seamlessly and be able to work start to finish with the owner’s goal in mind.
• Have outstanding customer service skills
• Have a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance
