Our portfolio spans multifamily, single‑family home rentals, affordable housing, build‑to‑rent, active adult, and student housing divisions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Property leasing and administration.
  • Regular daily onsite attendance is required.
  • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
  • Conduct all functions needed to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and follow‑up.
  • Complete all leasing paperwork before move‑in.
  • Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turnover process.
  • Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to leads within 24 hours.
  • Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and exceed leasing goals.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed.
  • Address resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs (e.g., resident functions, promotions, newsletter).
  • Contribute to general upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and model units.
  • Assist with marketing and outreach, including annual marketing plan and market surveys.
  • Maintain product knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; complete weekly market survey report.
  • Provide excellent customer service and monitor service‑request turnaround.
  • Project a favorable image of the community and enforce community policies.
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills and understanding of on‑site software functions.
  • Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
Physical Requirements
  • Regular movement and communication required; perform repetitive motions of wrists, hands, and fingers.
  • Frequent use of ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and step stools.
  • Ability to lift or move objects up to 25 lbs; operate machinery, power tools, vehicles, and golf carts.
  • Workable in various environments, including tight spaces, overhead positions, and outdoor conditions (precipitation, wind). Ability to work overtime, weekends, nights, and in extreme temperatures.
Salary Range

$19.00 – $22.00 per hour.
