Food and Beverage Supervisor

Viceroy Snowmass, located in Snowmass Village, CO is looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. If you enjoy working as part of a team and have a motivated and positive attitude, we would love to meet you!

As directed by the Food & Beverage Manager, you will manage the efficient running of food and beverage operations including Toro Restaurant, Nest Bar & Grill, Café V and Room Service. You will ensure adherence to company health and food safety standards and compliance with Colorado food handling laws. Your overall goal is to ensure that Food and Beverage services meet and exceed customer expectations.

• Enforce performance standards, policies and procedures in Food & Beverage
• Comply with all food and beverage health, liquor and safety regulations and all local applicable laws
• Ensure Food & Beverage floor operations are run smoothly and efficiently for customer satisfaction
• Listen to, evaluate and control customer grievances in the absence of the Director of Food & Beverage or Food & Beverage Manager
• Carry out all reasonable requests by management for which you are capable
• Maintain service standards in all outlets
• Maintain Viceroy’s personal grooming habits
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of all menus
• Basic to advanced knowledge of wines and spirits
• Communicate respectfully with kitchen and other team members
• Maintain frequent and consistent communication with other team colleagues during service
• Perform all duties in a professional manner with guests and colleagues
• Practice teamwork when interacting with all departments in the hotel
• Recognize and address customer problems and potential problems
• Perform additional duties as requested by management

Location: Viceroy Snowmass – Snowmass Village, CO

Start Date: December 1st 2025

Employment Type: Full Time, Year-Round

Schedule: Flexible schedule, weekends and holidays required

Pay Rate: $24 / hour
