About Our Property The Inter Continental Bellevue at The Avenue features 208 guest rooms and 12,000 square feet of meeting space, including a 900 sq. ft. outdoor terrace. Join us and work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with growth opportunities in guest services, food & beverage, or event management.

• You will develop your knowledge of cooking procedures (grill, sauté, fry) and use knives and kitchen equipment.
• You will read and reproduce recipes, ensuring consistency in all food preparation.
• You will minimize food waste through cross‑utilization and manage ingredient storage.
• You will prepare ingredients (chopping, peeling, cutting meat) and maintain a sanitized, orderly kitchen.
• You will work with a world‑class culinary team and create workstations with all needed equipment.
• Overall, you will be responsible for the quality of ingredients and support menu development with seasonal availability.

• 2‑3 years of previous culinary experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Active Food Handler’s certification or ability to obtain one.
• Willingness to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Minimum age 21.
• Desire to exceed expectations and an energetic personality.

$24.41 – $28.43 per hour.
