• Perform duties within hot to normal to cold temperature ranges.
• Operate kitchen equipment including slicer, steamer, deep fryer, ovens, broiler, grill, mixer, kettle, and flattop.
• Grasp, bend, lift, and/or carry up to 300 lb., and move or push goods on a food warmer.
• Work within a fast pace, maintaining quality and safety procedures.
• Organize and prioritize work, meet deadlines, and collaborate with staff to cook, prepare, and assemble all outlet food.
• Maintain cleanliness, observe safety procedures, and adhere to health code requirements.
• Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and menus to ensure consistency.
• Successfully perform side work such as restocking supplies and maintaining station setup.
• Hold total knowledge of one station with some familiarization of two others in the outlet.

• 1‑year minimum experience in food preparation and food knowledge.
• Must be able to perform all cooking duties and work in a fast‑paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Working knowledge of food storage, knife handling and sharpening, weights & measures, stocks, soups and sauces, plate presentation, recipes, yields, health department regulations, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Strong organization skills and ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication skills, using appropriate language when engaging guests and coworkers.
• Ability to resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively.

Starting Salary: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
