Elevation Pizza is a craft-driven, people-first pizza brand rooted in quality, consistency, and community. We’re looking for a General Manager who loves running a great store, building strong teams, and taking pride in a clean, dialed-in operation.

• Oversee daily operations: opening, closing, service flow, cleanliness, and food quality
• Maintain Elevation Pizza’s standards for product, speed, and guest experience
• Be present on the floor — this is a leadership role, not a desk job
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach a high-performing team
• Create a respectful, accountable, and positive work environment
• Set clear expectations and follow through consistently
• Develop shift leaders and future managers
• Manage labor to sales and understand how scheduling impacts profitability
• Control food cost, waste, and ordering
• Review weekly sales, labor, and performance trends
• Execute systems and SOPs consistently

• Treat the store like it’s yours — pride, accountability, and follow-through
• Identify issues early and bring solutions, not excuses
• Communicate clearly with ownership and leadership

• Have 3–5+ years of restaurant management experience
• Are calm under pressure and steady during busy shifts
• Understand food cost, labor, and basic restaurant P&Ls
• Lead by example and don’t ask the team to do anything you won’t do
• Care deeply about food, people, and consistency
• Pizza experience is a plus — strong leadership is the real requirement.
