The Gilpin Casino is currently in search of a “Restaurant Server—Lucille Malones”. We first opened our doors in 1992 following the legalization of gambling. Situated in the heart of the storied gaming district, this historic building offers the same “Old West” charm as it did in 1869. The Gilpin Casino encompasses more than 37,000 square feet with 400 slot machines and Lucille Malone’s Restaurant that serves legendary comfort food.

• Familiarity with all menu items, menu prices and hours of operation & promotions
• Maintain a clean work area, professional appearance, and present positive customer service techniques
• Ensures consistency & quality
• Provide service to guests while dining
• Assist Busser in pre-bussing of tables
• Set up or close of wait station
• Clean stations and tables
• Complete daily side work
• Assist guests with questions regarding activities on the property
• Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following:
  
  Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
• Restaurant experience preferred
• Identification that establishes identity
• Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
