Penn National Gaming - : [Kitchen Staff / Pastry Cook] As a Baker at Penn National Gaming, you'll:
Properly store and rotate all baked goods and ingredients;
Ensure that the bakery items are always stocked and ready for the guests;
Work closely with other departments to ensure that the guests receive the best dining experience;
Ensure all waste is logged into the waste book;
Bake bread, rolls, cakes, and pastries and any task assigned to you by the pastry Chef;
Follow batch recipes on all desserts as instructed by Executive Pastry Chef.
