The Food&Beverage Personnelresponsibilitiesinclude,butarenotlimitedtothefollowing:
- Workasateamwithothermembersofthe Food&Beverage department.
- Prepareallfoodanddrinkitems.
- Keep all storage areas appropriately stocked, organized, and clean.
- Keep work and dining areas neat and clean including washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, bussing tables, and taking out trash.
- Communicate with Monarch Ski Area guests in a polite and professional manner as well as processing their food orders quickly and courteously.

- High School Diplomaor GED required,collegedegreepreferred.
- Abilitytopush,lift,andmoveupto
35lbs. - TIPScertificationandsomepreviousfoodserviceexperiencepreferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Requires working at high elevation (up to 12,000’), with extended exposure to adverse weather conditions, such as severe cold, heavy snowfall, rain, strong winds and intense sun.

Begins at $18 per hour, actual pay will be adjusted based on experience/length of service
