Aspen Skiing Company is seeking a Cook 2 for the seasonal kitchen team. You will participate in the preparation, production and service of menu items under the direction of the Chef de Cuisine, maintaining cleanliness and high quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires ability to work during service, follow recipes, and collaborate with kitchen staff. Culinary school graduate preferred; 1–2 years in a commercial kitchen is also acceptable.
