Essential Responsibilities:

• Welcomes guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service throughout the dining experience.
• Demonstrates thorough knowledge of food, beverage, and cocktail menus to answer questions, make recommendations, and anticipate guest needs.
• Accurately takes and enters food and beverage orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, salads, soups, and other menu items as assigned while maintaining presentation and quality standards.
• Verifies guests age and comply with all liquor liability laws and responsible alcohol service requirements.
• Delivers food and beverages safely and efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction and promptly resolving or communicating service concerns.
• Processes guest payments accurately and securely using approved cash handling and payment procedures.
• Monitors tables throughout service by refilling beverages, clearing dishes, and responding promptly to guest requests.
• Busses, cleans, sanitizes, and resets tables, chairs, booths, and dining areas in accordance with company cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of service stations, beverage areas, garnish stations, dining areas, and other assigned work spaces.
• Restocks food, beverage, and service supplies including glassware, ice, condiments, silverware, napkins, and other operational items to support efficient service.
• Assists with side work, opening, closing, and ongoing cleaning duties, including dish handling, sweeping, mopping, polishing, and maintaining assigned equipment and work areas.
• Safely operates restaurant equipment including POS systems, beverage equipment, coffee and tea machines, soda dispensers, and approved cleaning and sanitizing products.
• Lifts, carries, and transports trays, bus tubs, dishes, and supplies within established safety guidelines and individual physical capabilities.
• Maintains compliance with all food safety, sanitation, health, safety, and company policies and procedures.

• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, hosts, managers, and fellow team members to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
• Supports restaurant operations by assisting in other service areas as needed and performing additional duties as assigned.
