We’re hiring a Retail Warehouse Lead to Live. Work. Explore. this summer!

Receive all inventory at the Trail Ridge Store, organize, and maintain adequate stock. Working with a team to help keep store well stocked. Keeping a clean and organized warehouse while adhering to safety and environmental practices.

Position Type:
Full-time, Seasonal. There are NO full-time year-round positions available. Season Dates:
Mid-May until mid-October. Pay: $21.45/hr schedule:
Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

• Perform all duties with respect to the Company’s Core Values, Mission Statement, and guest services standards.
• Establish and maintain order in all warehouse storage areas at the Trail Ridge Store.
• Rotate all product when appropriate, to represent a “First In-First Out” philosophy of product usage.
• Be able to recognize all product the warehouse handles on a regular basis.
• Accurate communication with retail manager essential.
• Load and unload product from delivery truck and direct where it needs to be stored.
• Stock product as necessary, making sure all displays are kept stocked, neat and clean.
• Notify retail manager when new product arrives.
• Work closely with the warehouse supervisor, retail manager, assistant retail manager, and store personnel.
• Assist in gift shop physical inventory, product transfers, and RTV’s.
• Complete online orders, process shipping orders, and transfers.
• Keep the sales floor and warehouse clean, which includes but is not limited to sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, mopping, scrubbing, and trash removal.
• Build displays according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Give accurate helpful information to guests.
• Assist the retail manager with staff supervision and training as needed.
• Discuss concerns with the retail manager or assistant manager. Alert manager to shrinkage, guest problems and concerns.
• Perform all cashiering duties properly, ring up all sales before taking money, call out amount tendered in “dollars and cents”, place bills on register, and count back change.
• Suggest add-on sales to every transaction performed.
• Serve as a role model for less tenured and experienced staff through appropriate conduct, technique, etiquette, and dress code.
• Maintain a safe work area.
• Open and close the guest service facilities on time every day.
• Perform duties outside the job classification assigned by management along with any other responsibilities deemed necessary.
