Brought you a role to showcase organization, time‑management, and retailer relationship skills while representing Hallmark as the face of the brand. You’ll work independently across grocery, drug, department, and mass‑retail stores, optimizing product placement and maintaining inventory.

Collaborate with local store teams to ensure Hallmark product placement is optimal, support seasonal resets and installations, and occasionally work with other companies’ products within the stores you service.

• Your starting hourly pay rate is $15.25 to $17.25, based on skills and experience.
• Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
• This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Average weekly hours are between 12 – 14 hours.
• Availability during major holidays, including weekends, is required.

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Using a mobile device provided by Hallmark, restock, organize, and monitor inventory; communicate with supervisors; report time and provide feedback using the required merchandising activities.
• Holiday support:
  Serve during high‑demand periods such as Valentine’s, Easter, Mother’s, Father’s, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, with additional days and extended hours as needed.
• Department resets:
  Assist with installations, building and relocating Hallmark fixtures, moving card departments, and resetting sections; notified two weeks in advance for remodel assignments.
• Team collaboration:
  Support fellow merchandisers as needed across the network.

Must consistently push, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Requires kneeling, squatting, walking, standing and occasional ladder climbing.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Good reading, writing, and understanding of English.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Proficient with a digital hand‑held device for reading documents and interpreting information.
