• Minimum of 1‑3 years of retail management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and be driven by metrics
• Flexibility to work various shifts,church including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Previous experience in a retail leadership role
• Familiarity with retail technology and systems
• Proven ability to coach and mentor team members for growth
• Experience in promoting community involvement initiatives
