* About the role:

** The Sales Associate supports the Leisure & Group sales team onsite. The candidate must possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills. This position requires a high degree of independent judgment, entrepreneurial thought, discretion, strategic decision-making skill, and managing confidential information of the property. The ideal candidate will possess hotel experience in a luxury setting, ideally in sales, catering, or marketing. This position is designed to grow and transition within the Commercial department.

The ideal candidate has the ability to be a Public Ambassador for Four Seasons Hotels. This position will be based on property at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail. Work with all departments in preparation for VIP clientele arrivals and experience. Meet and greet and entertain clients. Works as a liaison between the Leisure Sales team, travel agents, and the Guest Experience team to ensure guest satisfaction and customer retention.

Takes lead on sales amenity program and works with F&B departments to elevate client experience.
1+ years in sales, catering, or marketing position. Previous hotel experience preferred.

College Degree preferred (or equivalent work experience). Strong and effective interpersonal skills and presentation skills. Excellent communications skills (verbal and written), a strong sense of quality, and a creative mindset.

Fluency in English is required for this location, and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.
