Outside Sales Representative

Storm Door Guy is looking for a friendly and motivated Outside Sales Representative to help homeowners choose the right storm door for their home. This is a part-time, hourly job with base pay plus commission
. You will talk with customers, find new leads, and help people feel confident and excited about upgrading their front door.

• Sales development: Guide homeowners toward the best storm door for their needs.
• Lead generation: Find ways to find new people who may want a storm door.
• Prospecting: Reach out to warm leads, past customers, and new homeowners.
• Inbound marketing: Respond quickly to calls, texts, emails, and website leads.
• Outbound marketing: Contact people who may be interested in storm doors.
• Cold calling: Politely call homeowners to see if they need more light, airflow, security, or a pet door.
• Social media outreach: Send friendly messages and reply to comments.
• Networking: Connect with realtors, contractors, and local community groups.
• Explain storm door options in simple, clear language.
• Give price quotes and explain the order and install process.
• Keep notes organized and follow up so no customer feels forgotten.
• Work with our installation team to make sure orders are correct.

• Someone who enjoys talking with people and helping homeowners.

• Someone who can stay organized and follow up on time.
• Someone comfortable making calls and starting conversations.
• Basic computer, phone, and social media skills.
• Sales experience is helpful
