Equipment Sales Representative
Big Iron, a premier farm equipment and land auction company headquartered in Nebraska, is seeking dynamic Equipment Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team across the Central United States.
We combine innovative auction technology with deep agricultural expertise to deliver exceptional results for our customers.
Key Responsibilities• Manage defined geographic territories, developing customer relationships, generating leads, and conducting successful auctions for farm equipment and real estate.
• Build and execute a territory development plan with autonomy while being supported by comprehensive training, advanced technology, and an experienced management team.
Requirements- 2+ years of successful sales experience with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong preference for agricultural industry background (equipment, commodities, farm services)
- Experience in rural markets, industrial sales, or relationship-based industries valued
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage existing customer relationships
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with agricultural community
- Existing network or connections within agricultural markets preferred
- Comfortable with technology platforms and CRM systems
- Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic, persistence and resilience
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
- Willingness to invest time and effort in territory development
- Genuine passion for agricultural markets and rural communities
