Showcasing your John Deere and agriculture equipment knowledge, you guide each client to make informed purchasing decisions for machinery, cutting‑edge technology, and premium services.
You research industry trends and competitor activities to propel our business forward and keep us at the top of the pack. Furthermore, you lead equipment demonstrations, oversee product deliveries and training, and cultivate deeper relationships with our clients.

- Outgoing, proactive personality with a strong drive to meet goals
- Knowledge of current agricultural practices
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. as well as sit, stand, and squat for extended periods
- Ability to safely operate, hook up, secure, and transport equipment
- Ability and willingness to mentor inexperienced candidates
- Strong communication skills with the ability to form customer relationships
- Proficiency with computerized tools and reports
- Mathematical skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends
- Bachelor's degree in business or an agriculture‑related field
- 3+ years of account management or direct sales experience in agricultural farm equipment or a related field
