As a Parts Counter Specialist, you start your day by warmly welcoming customers and helping them find the perfect parts to keep their farms running smoothly. You expertly recommend products tailored to their needs, building strong relationships along the way. Throughout the day, you keep our retail area clean and organized, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You tackle customer issues with efficiency and a smile, following established procedures.

• 1+ years’ experience in the agriculture parts business
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office and the Internet
• Ability to listen effectively and interpret customer needs
• Physical ability to stand, climb, bend for extended periods, lift 50 lbs regularly, and spend extensive hours on a computer
