Greystar is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies in Colorado. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.
Daily duties include monitoring market conditions, developing short- and long-term marketing plans, and using One Site/Yardi to track availability and leasing activity. You will help drive occupancy and resident satisfaction while maintaining show-unit standards.
