Warrior Insurance & Services Group is looking for an experienced Licensed Insurance Agent to join our growing independent agency in Monument, Colorado.

No Cold Calling

Base Salary + Bonus - Not Commission-Only

• Sell personal and commercial lines insurance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Develop and grow a professional referral network through networking and community involvement
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, client relationships, and relationship-based strategies
• Help manage and grow the agency book of business
• Identify coverage gaps and additional opportunities to meet client needs
• Conduct annual client touchpoints and account reviews
• Work with multiple carriers to find appropriate coverage and value
• Provide exceptional, responsive, and knowledgeable client service
• Follow up consistently with prospects, clients, referral partners, and networking contacts
• Utilize insurance technology and automation to make your sales and client management process efficient
• Collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional client experience

• Active Colorado Property & Casualty (P&C) license

• At least 1 year of insurance brokerage/agency experience OR 3+ years of direct insurance carrier experience
• Personal and/or commercial lines experience
• Independent agency experience strongly preferred
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable networking and developing referral relationships
• Excellent follow-up and follow-through
• Self-motivated and capable of managing your own pipeline
• Professional, engaging, and personable communication style
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail
• Comfortable working with insurance technology and Google Workspace
