Job DescriptionPosition serves as a Junior Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) on several programs. Responsible for helping to implement and maintain applicable security policies and procedures for 32 CFR/NISPOM, Special Access, and SCI Program activities. Standard security administrator duties and responsibilities apply to this position, including processing clearances and accesses, submitting and receiving visit requests, document control and accountability, physical security, program security, and security awareness (briefings, debriefings, etc.).
Knowledge and experience with standard office and position‑specific tools is preferred:
Microsoft Office suite, NISS, DISS, JADE, and SIMs. Some travel will be required for support, training, and project support responsibilities.
• Implement and maintain security policies and procedures for NISPOM, SAP, and SCI programs.
• Process clearances/accesses, submit and receive visit requests, manage document control and accountability.
• Conduct physical security and program security duties, deliver security awareness briefings and debriefings.
• Use office tools such as Microsoft Office, NISS, DISS, JADE, and SIMs.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a NISPOM, SAP, or SCI environment.
- Must have an in-scope (within 5 years) T5 (SSBI), T5R (SBPR), and/or currently in CE investigation and able to obtain a TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Basic knowledge of standards: NISPOM DoD 5220.22‑M, 32 CFR Part 117, DoD Directive 5205.07, ICD policies and regulations, SAP Policies (DoDM 5205.07) and other guiding policy documents.
- Working knowledge of databases and tools: DISS, NISS, JADE, and SIMS.
- Excellent communication, speaking, writing, organizational, and customer service skills; available for occasional after-hours assistance.
- Some travel within the continental United States; occasional travel to other ICR sites may be required.
- Must agree to undergo a government-administered polygraph.
Full Time – remote work is not authorized.

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to transfer/obtain/maintain a U.S. government (TS//SCI and/or SAP) security clearance required.
