Citadel Security USA is seeking dependable and professional Armed Flex Security Officers to support our healthcare clients. This role begins as a part‑time, on‑call position, averaging up to 20 hours per week
, with the potential to transition into full‑time based on operational needs and officer availability.

Officers will be stationed at hospital and healthcare facilities and must demonstrate the ability to remain calm, vigilant, and service‑oriented in high‑pressure environments. A taser certification is required for this position.

• Visible Security Presence: Serve as a visible deterrent and uphold a safe environment for hospital patients, staff, and visitors.
• Healthcare Environment Awareness: Operate professionally and sensitively within medical settings while respecting privacy and emergency protocols.
• Taser Certification: Carry and be authorized to use a taser as part of your assigned equipment; comply with all use‑of‑force regulations.
• Access Control & Patrols: Monitor and control access to hospital facilities and perform regular patrols to maintain safety and order.
• Customer Service: Engage with patients and visitors in a respectful, courteous manner; provide directions or assistance as needed.
• Incident Response: Quickly respond to security concerns, disturbances, and alarms, ensuring the safety of all individuals involved.
• Documentation: Prepare clear and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and interventions.
• Team Coordination: Work collaboratively with hospital security, law enforcement, and dispatch teams to ensure coordinated responses and safety coverage.

• Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and provide two forms of .
• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience & Certification: Prior professional experience with firearms and active taser certification required.
• Firearm Ownership: Must legally possess a duty‑appropriate registered firearm.
• Background Check: Ability to pass a urinalysis (as required by site), criminal background check.
• Communication: Fluent in English;
  Spanish language skills a plus.
• Technology: Working smartphone and accessible email account required.
• Transportation: Dependable transportation with ability to report to various locations in mountain weather conditions.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs in a variety of environments.

• Previous healthcare security experience.
