- Complete award‑winning training to develop the knowledge and skills required to serve our customers.
- Prioritize safety in all tasks.
- Follow a route schedule, arrive on time, and maintain a clean vehicle and equipment.
- Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
- Serve as a problem solver, using empathy to understand customer needs and recommend innovative solutions.
- Meet customers at their businesses or homes to explain actions taken and discuss additional services.
- Inspect the interior and exterior of properties and communicate results to customers.
- Complete all required service‑related documentation on a handheld device.
- $26–$28 per hour, including company vehicle with gas card.

Qualifications- No experience required – you’ll be trained to become a Pro.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
- Ability to work independently, manage route assignments, and interact with customers in business or home settings.
- Safely use ladders within manufacturer weight capacity.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including climbing or balancing.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), sometimes requiring an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
- Work in various weather conditions.
