• Complete award‑winning training to develop the knowledge and skills required to serve our customers.
• Prioritize safety in all tasks.
• Follow a route schedule, arrive on time, and maintain a clean vehicle and equipment.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as a problem solver, using empathy to understand customer needs and recommend innovative solutions.
• Meet customers at their businesses or homes to explain actions taken and discuss additional services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of properties and communicate results to customers.
• Complete all required service‑related documentation on a handheld device.

• $26–$28 per hour, including company vehicle with gas card.

• No experience required – you’ll be trained to become a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently, manage route assignments, and interact with customers in business or home settings.

• Safely use ladders within manufacturer weight capacity.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including climbing or balancing.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), sometimes requiring an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Work in various weather conditions.
