Blu Sky Restoration Contractors seeks a dedicated, full-time Restoration Technician with a starting pay of up to $25 an hour depending on experience.

As the first responder on property loss situations, the Restoration Technician mitigates damage in residential and commercial structures. Responsibilities include water damage mitigation, structural board‑up and security, on‑location cleaning, microbial remediation, content pack‑outs, content processing/deodorization, content storage, and handling.

• Water extraction and mitigation
• Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration
• Microbial remediation
• Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean‑up
• Demolition (Demo Day)
• Field management and supervision of all temporary labor personnel
• Provide the highest level of customer service with empathy
• All other duties or projects as assigned

• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check
• Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screening
• Ability to be on‑call 24 hours a day
• 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience preferred

The work environment is typically quiet. Employees may need to lift or move up to 25 pounds, sit, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. Regular walking around the job site is required. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.

Occasional travel is expected (less than 25% of the time), including out‑of‑area and overnight travel for training or meetings.
