Our Truck Service team comprises nearly 3,000 highly skilled technicians across 280 locations. As a level one Technician, you will provide accurate, efficient service to customers by troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing heavy‑duty trucks and trailers in a professional manner. Technicians ensure we return every traveler to the road better than they came.

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on providing great service where customer expectations are exceeded.
• Have extensive knowledge of the products we sell and the services we provide.
• Diagnose wear conditions and, together with TSA or Manager, make recommendations to customers.
• Complete repairs within your capabilities and as written.
• Understand Truck Service Standard Services and specialized customer programs.
• Follow safety guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations caused by team members and/or customers.

• A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of our team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior verifiable truck service experience preferred.
• Heavy‑duty ASE certifications not required, but a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays in interior and exterior conditions.
• A valid driver’s license.

$20.00 – $23.00 per hour. A pay range listed reflects the potential pay for this role. The pay will depend on responsibilities, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Not all positions posted will have a pay range listed.
