Construction Commercial Roofing Foreman​/Roofer

GPAC is partnering with a well-established and reputable commercial roofing company in Colorado Springs seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman. This company is known for stability, strong leadership, and a culture that truly values its team.

• Lead and supervise crews on commercial roofing projects
• Ensure all work meets company standards for quality, safety, and efficiency
• Coordinate job site activities, materials, and project timelines
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members
• Train and mentor team members to maintain high performance and workmanship

• 5+ years of low-slope roofing experience
• Strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, and BUR systems
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage field teams
• Valid driver’s license (access to military bases is a plus)
• Must be eligible for E-Verify
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious

• Foremen: $30–$35/hr (based on experience)
• Experienced Roofers: $26–$30/hr
• Entry-Level (1–2 years): $19.50–$22/hr
